Over the years, Dorie Kong has worn many hats including bridal gown designer, wedding alterations specialist, seamstress, fashion designer, and custom tailor. But one thing is for certain, that she is a master at perfecting the proper fit and flattering result of Wedding gown being her specialty. As she loves to solve Problems.

Dorie's Story

Dorie Kong started by sewing her own elementary school uniform when she was only 10 years old. Later, she then went on to get her formal education in dressmaking and designing in institutes in Malaysia, Singapore, and further advancement in London, Paris, and Milan. 

Prior to starting L’Mode Bridal, she was operating her own dress-making institute in Malaysia, where she was teaching students the art and science of dressmaking.

Besides bridal dresses, she’s created pageant gowns and boosted their scoring points to be placed in the top 5 and many of them had captured queen titles both on the state and national level. She is overall an expert in making custom, one of a kind gowns and dresses for anyone that wants to look exclusive and feel sexy.
